Grill Cook (Parrillero)

Responsibilities:

  • Cook meats, chicken, fish, and other products on the grill or rotisserie according to the restaurant’s specifications.
  • Control cooking temperatures and times to ensure the quality and food safety of the products.
  • Prepare and maintain marinades, sauces, and dressings for grilled dishes.
  • Keep the grill area clean and organized, following hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate the preparation of other dishes and sides.
  • Ensure that dishes are served with the proper presentation and within the established time frame.
